Cancellation Fees

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has begun. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel our course before the specified date if there is insufficient demand. In this case, we will provide alternative courses, or applicants will receive a full refund.

Conditions

All course places will be confirmed when either the deposit or full fees have been received. Payment of the deposit fee is regarded as acceptance of the booking terms & conditions and is non-refundable. We are not able to make any reduction on course fees if the student cannot attend the full course.

Amendment Charges

Once a course has been commenced, amendments will be allowed at the discretion of Mandarin Go and will be liable to an administration charge of up to £20.

Missed Lessons

If you have to discontinue your classes for personal reasons after they begin, we cannot offer you a refund as we have already booked your time in with our teachers. If you would like to change classes, we will try our best to place you in the correct level but this will be subject to a £20 administration fee.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled, we must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. All cancellations will be acknowledged in writing and the following terms apply:
Cancel 7 days or more before the course begins = 50% of the course fees will be refunded.
Cancel 4 days or fewer before the course begins, or once the course has started = no refund of fees.

Injury/Loss

We do not accept responsibility for personal injury or for loss or damage to personal property unless it is due to the negligence of Mandarin Go or its employees. Any valuables should be left at home. We do not accept responsibility for events outside the control of the company such as strikes, bad weather, war, transportation delays, sickness or quarantine.

Leave Policy

If you are unable to attend a lesson, you must notify the administrative staff at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is not given at least 24 hours prior, the class will be marked as missed and no refund will be issued for that lesson.
For one-to-one tuition, instructors will be online and ready at the scheduled time. If you need to take leave, please notify in advance. If no prior notice is given and the student is more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be considered attended and will be charged accordingly.
Once a course has been confirmed and dates have been set, the scheduled dates and times cannot be changed. If there are special circumstances, please inform the administrative staff. An administration fee may apply depending on the situation.

For private tuition

Lessons are booked minimal 18 lessons per term , we can arrange your first lesson as a paid trial lesson.
Before your first lesson starts, we require tuition payment completion at least 7 days in advance.
Please attend the lesson at the scheduled time. If you are absent without prior notice, and arrive more than 10 minutes late after the lesson has started, the class will be considered attended and will be charged accordingly.

If your group would like to reschedule the lesson, all the members need to be confirmed and inform your course teacher 24 hours in advance., If notification is not given 24 hours in advance that class will still be charged against the balance.
All lessons booking and cancellations are arranged through Mandarin Go, any lesson cancellation notification should be given at least 24 hours in advance . Please inform Mandarin Go by email, phone call. If notification is not given 24 hours in advance that class will still be charged against the balance.
Each lesson may only be rescheduled once. After this, we will be unable to change our teacher’s schedule.
For every 18 lessons per term of courses booked, you may reschedule your lesson once (i.e. If you book 2 terms 36 lessons you may reschedule twice; 54 lessons and you may reschedule 3 times and so on). You will still have to finish your course by the due date. This is so we can ensure we do not disrupt our lesson schedules and cause problems for our teachers.
Once you have booked your session, we require a 24 hours notice or the session will be deducted, we will offer you (booking lessons X 20%) time to complete your whole booking hours. For example, your plan is 1 hours per lesson / 18 lessons in total / once a week lesson. (18 lessons X20% = 4 lessons), so it means we will give you 22 weeks to complete your 18 lessons.
If you would like to continue to the next term we will try our best to arrange a convenient time. If you would like to take a break and start next term on a specific date , all students need to pay a 1/3 course fee deposit so we can reserve our teachers' time.

For online group classes

Once you have booked your session, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice or the session will be deducted.

For group classes, if you need to take leave, please submit your leave request in advance. The teacher will provide the full learning materials and a link to the lesson video for students to catch up.
If the teacher decides to cancel the class for the entire group, a announcement will be made for each class. In this case, no class will be deducted, and the lesson will be rescheduled for the following week.

課程取消費用 (Cancellation Fees)

課程一旦開始，學費恕不退還，若有任何變動，請於課程開始前至少7日以上通知。
我們保留在課程開課前取消課程的權利，如因報名人數不足而取消課程，將提供其他課程選擇，或另行安排通知。

報名條件 (Conditions)

所有課程名額將於支付訂金或全額學費後確認。支付訂金即視為同意報名條款與條件，訂金不予退還。
若學員無法完成整個課程，我們無法提供學費減免或退費。

更改課程安排費用 (Amendment Charges)

課程開始後，如需更改課程，將由 Mandarin Go 視情況酌情安排，並將收取 £20 行政費。

缺課規定 (Missed Lessons)

若因個人原因需要中止課程，我們無法提供退費。
如欲更換課程，我們將盡力安排學員至適合的班級，但需補齊衍伸差額或衍伸費用並支付 £20 行政費。

課程取消 (Cancellation)

如需取消課程，必須以書面形式提前通知我們。所有取消申請將以書面回覆確認，並適用以下條款：
課程開始前 7 天或以上取消：退還 50% 課程費，若需申請退費，將會扣除行政及平台手續費。
課程開始前 4 天或以下取消或課程已開始：不予退費。

個人傷害與財物損失 (Injury/Loss)

除非因 Mandarin Go 或其員工疏失，否則我們不對個人傷害或財物損失負責。
建議貴重物品請自行妥善保管。我們亦不對公司無法控制的事件負責，例如罷工、惡劣天氣、戰爭、交通延誤、疾病或隔離措施。

私人課程 (Private Tuition)

一對一、一對多等私人課程最低預訂一期 18 堂課程，首堂可安排付費試聽。
課程開始後，如需取消或更改上課時間，請至少提前 24 小時通知。未提前通知將照原課程計費。
請於指定上課時間上課，若未提前告知缺席，課程開始遲到10分鐘則進行扣課。
每門課程若需更換上課時間，每學期僅能更改一次；課程必須在原定期限內完成。
每一期18堂課程可免費更改一次課程時間（例如：兩期36堂課程可更改兩次，三期54堂課程可更改三次，以此類推）。
若需延續至下一學期，我們將盡力安排方便時間。如需保留名額開始新學期，需支付三分之一課程費作為訂金。

線上團班課程 (Online Group Classes)

線上課程如需請假，請至少提前 24 小時通知，若未依規定於 24 小時前提出，該堂課將視為缺課。
若學生需請假，可提供影片回放補課，請提前告知請假申請，教師將會於課後提供完整學習資源與課程影片回放連結，供學生進行補課。
團班課程每學期18堂課程可申請一次請長假安排，若符合提前通知規定，我們將提供相當於「預訂課時 × 20%」的額外時間，以完成整個課程。例如：您的課程安排為每週 1 小時 / 共 18 堂課（18 堂 × 20% = 4 週），這意味著我們將給您 22 週的時間來完成這 18 堂課。

課程請假規定 (Leave Policy)：

若無法出席，需請於 24 小時前告知行政人員，若未依規定於 24 小時前提出，該堂課將視為缺課，且不另退該堂課學費。
一對一課程教師會於指定時間上線等候，如需請假，請提前告知，若未提前請假，課程開始遲到10分鐘則進行扣課。
團班課程若需請假，請提前告知請假申請，教師將會於課後提供完整學習資源與課程影片回放連結，供學生進行補課。若教師安排全班統一停課，將會另行於各班公告通知，則不進行扣課，課程將延後一週進行補課。
確認開班且日期確定後，不予更換日期與時間，如有特殊原因，請另行通知相關行政人員，將視情況收取行政費用。
